Meet The Chef

Hi, I'm Damion Perry and I'm on a Journey to becoming one of the worlds greatest chefs. I've been cooking since I was about 10. I always watched the females in my family throw down in the kicthen and picked up on a few thikngs and was actually pretty interested.

It all started for me with eggs! Since I couldn't use the stove untill I was 11 and no one would be up to cook, I learned how to make eggs in the microwave. In a bowl, on a plate, heck I even learned how to make a hard boiled in the microwave, like it was hard. Give a take a few blown eggs and messy clean ups I mastered eggs in the microwave.

I just couldn't settle at eggs, I learned how to make bacon too. Pancakes and anything with a batter was always a battle and led to faliure. Now Im a growing Chef learning and creating wonderful dishes. For a while I couldn't make rice or pancakes funny as it may be but I'd bet your ass I could make some pancakes that would knock your socks off your feet.

Goals are to open up a food truck and serve my community with food thats not just Soul Lusting, Mouth watering, Royal foods served the right way way. Can't forget that every meal is served with the up-most BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICE, and Plating!
